Three Layer Jello (Recipe)

This three flavored jello dish consists of three flavors: coffee, coconut, and pandan. It’s simple to make and is a delicious dessert. 8ef82dc7ddbb3e27326d9f326de66f53

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of agar-agar power (preferably the Telephone brand)
  • Pandan extract
  • 8 oz can of coconut cream
  • 4 cups of water
  • Condensed milk
  • 2 tbs of instant coffee
  • Any prefered pan to put jello in

Directions:

Coffee Layer:

  1. Heat up 1 1/2 cups of water
  2. Add 1/3 of agar agar packet
  3. Stir until agar dissolves
  4. Add tbsps of instant coffee
  5. Add 2 tbsps of condensed milk
  6. Adjust to taste
  7. Bring to boil
  8. Pour jello mix into a pan

Coconut Layer:

  1. Heat up 1 cup of water
  2. Add can of coconut cream
  3. Add 1/3 of agar agar packet
  4. Stir until dissolved
  5. Add 2 tbsp of condensed milk to sweeten and adjust to taste
  6. Bring to boil
  7. Check if coffee layer is set and almost hardened
  8. Carefully pour coconut layer on top

Pandan Layer:

  1. Heat up 1 1/2 cups of water
  2. Add 1/3 of the agar agar packet
  3. Stir until dissolved
  4. Stir and add 1 tbsp of pandan extract
  5. Add 2 tbsp of condensed milk to sweeten the jello
  6. Stir and adjust to taste
  7. Bring to boil
  8. Add it to the pan when coconut layer is almost hardened
